Fawad Chaudhry Offers to Build 10 Technical Institutes in Punjab

The Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has offered the Punjab government to make ten state-of-the-art technical institutes in the province.

The minister revealed this in a tweet on Friday.

He mentioned his meeting with Technical & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) Punjab Chief Ali Salman Siddiqui and revealed his plan to affiliate at least ten vocational training institutes with NeuTech University.

He vowed to change 10 provincial institutes into high-quality institutions.

As a follow-up to his meeting with the minister, chairperson TEVTA visited NuTech Islamabad. He was accompanied by the Rector of the varsity, Lt. General (Retd) Khalid Asghar.

There, he toured the facilities at NuTech, met the faculty, and explained his vision. He also heard a briefing on the courses offered and discussed potential prospects of collaboration between TEVTA and NuTech.
