Currently, the application is available in eight different languages which include Urdu, English, Pashto, Chinese, and Arabic. As soon as the complaint is registered, the Women Protection Wing staff will contact the filer and forward the concerns to authorities within an hour. The wing has created a special team for contacting legal experts, psychological experts, police, and the federal investigation agency (FIA). All the organizations will be taken into confidence as soon as the complaint is registered.

Wazir also detailed that the platform will register complaints keeping the filer’s identity confidential, which is a huge concern for many women in the area.
