Prime Minister Imran Khan has revealed the master plan of Pakistan’s first knowledge city that will be built in Mianwali.
Taking to Twitter, PM Imran said that it has been his lifelong dream to build a knowledge city in his hometown.

Last week, PM Imran had formally launched the first phase of Namal Knowledge City.
The first phase of the knowledge city will be concluded by 2023. Around 800 students and 50 faculty members will be accommodated in the knowledge city following the completion of the first phase.

Whereas, the construction of the knowledge city will be completed in 2027. Around 10,000 students and faculty members will be accommodated after the completion of knowledge city.
According to details, the Namal Knowledge City will consist of academic blocks, libraries, technology parks, business centers, primary and secondary schools, sports facilities, a hospital, shopping centers, hotels, and a housing colony for staff, faculty, and students.
