OnePlus Nord N10 5G Features a 90Hz Display & 64MP Quad Cameras

OnePlus ended its “flagship only” formula with the release of Nord, the company’s first mid-range Smartphone that was released earlier this year. Soon afterward, the company is expanding its Nord lineup with two additional budget devices, namely the Nord N10 5G and Nord N100.

The Nord N10 is a 5G powered mid-ranger with a 90Hz display, a quad-camera, and more. Let’s have a look.

Design and Display

The display is a 6.49” LCD panel with 1080p resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The Nord N10 is the first to feature an LCD panel since the OnePlus 2 in 2015. The surrounding bezels are small and the front camera is housed in a cornered punch-hole cutout.

The back has an L-shaped quad-camera setup similar to recent Samsung phones and the fingerprint sensor has been moved to the rear as well.

Internals and Storage

The Nord N10’s main chipset is the Snapdragon 690, which is similar to the Snapdragon 765G, but with a few differences. It uses newer CPU cores, but a slightly downgraded GPU with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1. Storage can be expanded with a microSD card.

The phone will launch with Android 10 and OxygenOS 10.5 on top.

Cameras

The primary camera setup includes a 64MP main sensor accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera with 119° FOV and two dedicated lenses for depth sensing and macro shots. This camera can record 1080p videos at 60 FPS and 4K videos at 30.

The punch-hole front camera is a 16MP shooter capable of 1080p video recording.

Battery and Pricing

The battery capacity is slightly higher than the original Nord at 4,300 mAh and it has support for 30W fast charging as well. It can fill the battery up to 70% in just 30 minutes.

The OnePlus Nord N10 will go for sale for €350 though a launch date is still unclear.
