Careem Super App Introduces New Features to Expand Its B2B Portfolio

Careem, the Super App for the Middle East and Pakistan, has recently added two new features, Spend Control and User Management, for its corporate users in its Careem for Business (C4B) portfolio. These features include:

Spend Control

‘Spend Control’ is a feature that will enable corporate clients to set a limit on the rides or the amount spent by their staff through its bill-to-company (where the company is invoiced) option. With this, clients can make unlimited altered policies for different functions within their companies depending on their budget allocation.

The policy for spend and ride allowance given by their staff can be monthly or weekly depending on the usage. This is launched so that companies can enable invoicing for their employees in accordance with their respective travel policies, avoiding the risk of fraud and abuse.

User Management

‘User Management’ is a feature that empowers and provides the liberty to the corporate clients to easily and privately manage their users within their accounts. This is done by providing admin access to add/remove staff through the state-of-the-art C4B web portal.

Earlier, this process was somewhat cumbersome and time-consuming as clients had to request a Careem representative to add/remove staff from their corporate accounts.

Why Careem for Business (C4B)?

The C4B portfolio is designed in accordance with Careem’s purpose of simplifying and improving the lives of people and is tailored according to the specific needs of the clients. Below are some benefits of the C4B portfolio:
