Food Safety and Halal Food Authority (FSHFA) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has successfully concluded the geo-tagging of over 15,000 food-related businesses across the province.
The geo-tagging campaign undertaken by the FSHFA envisages enhancing the quality standards of food-related businesses in the province.

While speaking with media outlets, DG FSHFA, Sohail Khan, said that geo-tagging of all remaining businesses will be completed soon.
He added that all district administrations are working in tandem with the FSHFA in the geo-tagging campaign besides assisting it in routine operations against the food mafia.

In order to expedite the geo-tagging activity, the FSHFA has revoked the leaves and recalled all employees to resume duties as well, DG FSHFA concluded.
