Reportedly, the Chinese tech giant Xiaomi is working on as many as nine new Smartphones for the first quarter of 2021. The company’s Malaysian branch has already started teasing a Redmi Smartphone and is conducting a giveaway contest that will come to an end on 7th January 2021.
Apart from this, recently, a Vietnamese tipster Chun revealed that the Redmi 9T will debut on 8th January 2021 in the country. In the leak, he also claimed that Xiaomi is working on nine smartphones that will break covers in the first quarter of 2021.

Xiaomi smartphones that are expected to launch in the upcoming months include Redmi 9T, Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite, and Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 4G variant. Rumors suggest that the latter will be launched as a rebranded Poco F3 in Asia. However, there is no official word on the matter.

In terms of specifications, the Redmi 9T will most likely be launched as a rebranded version of Redmi 9 Power. Hence, the smartphone will feature a 6.53-inch IPS S LCD panel with Full HD+ resolution and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It will come preinstalled with Android 10 based MIUI 12 OS and will be powered by the Snapdragon 662 SoC paired with up to 6 GB of RAM and up to 128 gigs of onboard storage.
