Motorway Police Installs Advanced Speed Cameras on M5 Motorway

The National Highway and Motorway Police have reportedly installed advanced surveillance equipment on the M5 highway between Sukkur and Multan to curb the menace of overspeeding.

The surveillance equipment consists of advanced speed cameras that capture sharp and detailed images of the overspeeding vehicle for the authorities to take prompt action.

The cameras have reportedly been placed on various key-spots of the M5 motorway that will monitor the traffic 24/7 and capture the images of the vehicles that are observed overspeeding or being driven recklessly.

The entire system operates automatically, such that if a car is found overspeeding or breaking traffic rules on the motorway, the system shall deduct the challan from the driver by itself.
