Azam, who was hailed as the best ODI batsman in the world a few weeks ago after an impressive showing against South Africa, shared pictures of himself and his ‘Mama Ji’ in observance of International Mother’s Day.
His tweet read: “Mama Ji, beyond your love, support, care and kindness I do not exist. Forever in your debt. May Allah SWT keep your shade on us”.
Beyond your love, support, care and kindness I do not exist. Forever in your debt. May Allah SWT keep your shade on us.

Other renowned Pakistani cricketers also shared similar messages for their mothers.
The love of a mother is so pure that Allah SWT put heaven under her feet. We can't thank enough for the blessing of having a mother around us.
May Allah protect all the mothers and bless high ranks in Jannah to those who have left this world. #MothersDay pic.twitter.com/KxNS9yTkC8
