NADRA Will No Longer Offer Services to Unvaccinated Individuals

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has decided not to serve unvaccinated people unless they provide their vaccination certificates.

According to a notification issued by the NADRA, 200,000 citizens visit its centers across Pakistan on a daily basis.

It provides national identity card-related services, and if it stops entertaining non-vaccinated individuals, many citizens will be affected and those with identity card-related issues will not be able to get their COVID-19 inoculation certificates.

The national identity card is a prerequisite for the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine to the general public. If the NADRA does not facilitate citizens, many will be unable to get vaccinated in order to obtain their vaccination certificates.

The NADRA is also implementing the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) imposed precautionary and preventive measures against the spread of coronavirus in letter and spirit.
