Huawei CEO Richard Yu says that July 29 will “start a new era of mobile photography”.

The text in the image says “Huawei flagship product launch conference” (Google Translate), which pretty much confirms it.

The P50 series is expected to include the Huawei P50, P50 Pro, and the P50 Pro+. Reports have mentioned that the P50 will arrive with an LTE-only Snapdragon 888 for now, but we may get a 5G version later. There is no word on the P50 Pro or the P50 Pro+’s variants.

These phones are expected to come with Kirin 9000 at launch but may switch to the Snapdragon 888 later on due to supply constraints.

The Huawei P50 will reportedly feature a 1-inch camera sensor by Sony and a 1/1.18” sensor for the ultra-wide shooter. The battery will have support for 66W fast charging and the phone will boot Harmony OS 2.0.

We are still 10 days away from the announcement and more information is likely to show up until then.
