Asia’s First Fish Library With More Than 50,000 Books Under One Roof Opens in Lahore

Under one roof, Pakistan’s cultural capital Lahore get the first fish library. It would help and convenient for the researchers and students to have all the information about fishes under a roof.

It was introduced as the limbless cold-blooded vertebrate is the major contributor to the marine ecosystems and this would aware the people about aquatic creatures

The Asia’s biggest fish library consists of more than 50,000 books on fish farming that provide an abundance information related to marine life without searching on various platforms.

It was informed by the library administrator to the sources that usually medical research students visits the library for their research work. She informed that foreigners also visit the library more often.

She informed further that it took years to collect such books having minimum funds from the state.

However, the administration wants to connect with more audience at the earliest.
