BlueEx Considers Buying Business Operations of An E-Commerce Company

BlueEx (PSX: GEMBLUEX) is considering the acquisition of the E-commerce business of an E-com sector company.

“Blue-Ex (“the Company”) is considering for acquisition of an e-commerce domestic operations business being offered for sale by an e-commerce sector Company. The Board of Directors shall discuss it in its meeting scheduled for August 30, 2024,” the stock filing said on Friday.

The Principal activities of the company are to act as a cargo forwarder, and provide domestic and international courier and allied services.

Blue-Ex Limited’s scrip at the GEM board closed at Rs. 64.99, up 8.59 percent or Rs. 5.14 with over 9,300 shares on Friday.
