Education Ministry to Work With Private Company to Hire New Teachers

The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training is fostering innovation in governance through public-private partnerships to realize its vision of quality education for all.

According to the Education Ministry, a transparent and competitive process led to the selection of Teach For Pakistan, a national nonprofit, as a key partner to implement global best practices in teacher recruitment, training, monitoring, and evaluation.

“We are transforming public education by deploying 120 highly qualified fellows from top universities to 23 rural schools,” the ministry stated. “Our partnership shows that with the right priorities and dedication, exceptional results can be achieved within the existing public education framework.”

The initiative, “Manzil-ba-Manzil Humqadam” (Step-by-Step Together), reflects our commitment to excellence in education through innovative collaboration, the ministry added.
